These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of developlens.com and the Development Lens assessment tools (the "Service"), operated by 360° Consulting Inc. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Development Lens provides leadership development and reflection assessments for individuals, teams, and the consultants who work with them.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must not share your credentials or let others use your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, disrupting the Service, or using it to harass others or violate the law.

Assessments are for development

Our assessments are development and reflection tools. Unless an assessment is explicitly marked as validated, results must not be used for selection, hiring, or promotion decisions. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on results.

Rater feedback and anonymity

Where the Service collects feedback from raters, that feedback is presented to the participant only in aggregate. You agree not to attempt to identify individual raters or their responses.

Payment

Some features are paid. Fees, if any, are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a paid engagement has started.

Intellectual property

The Service, including our assessment content, models, and materials, is owned by 360° Consulting Inc. and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. You keep ownership of the responses and content you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service and provide results.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Assessment results are for development purposes and are not professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360° Consulting Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
