What we collect

• Account and contact details you provide, such as your name and email address.
• Your assessment responses and the results generated from them.
• Optional demographic information you choose to share, such as region, industry, leadership level, function, organization size, years in a leadership role, gender, and age range. Providing these is optional.
• Payment information when you purchase a report or session. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
• Basic technical data such as device and usage information needed to run the service.

Why we use it

• To deliver your assessment, your results, and any reports or sessions you purchase.
• To improve and validate our assessments.
• To produce anonymized, aggregated benchmarks (for example, how leaders in a region or sector tend to respond). Benchmarks never identify an individual.
• To communicate with you about your results and, where you have opted in, related updates.

Consent for demographics and benchmarking

Where you provide demographic information, you consent to our using it in anonymized, aggregated form to build benchmarks and improve the assessments. You can decline to provide it, and you can ask us to update or remove it.

How it is stored and protected

• We store your data with our infrastructure provider using industry-standard security.
• Demographic information is stored separately from your individual answers.
• Individual results are confidential. Team reports are anonymized, and no individual scores are shown.

Who we share it with

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We use trusted service providers to run the service, including our hosting and database provider and our payment processor (Stripe). They process data only to provide their service to us.
• If a consultant or organization arranged your assessment, they may see your results or an anonymized team report only where you have consented.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
